Overview

We are seeking a candidate to join our Libero Support and Customer Experience team, to work with our global Library customers. This role can be based at our Head Office in Melbourne or working remotely from NSW or Queensland, Australia.

- love solving customer issues as well liaising with customers and other customer service teams to provide high level advice, insights and feedback.

- Strong understanding of modern library environments

- Previous IT experience, or a technical mindset, with an appetite to grow your technical skills

- Enthusiasm to learn all aspects of our library management solution, Libero.

- Excellent skills with Microsoft Office

A day in the life

Our Library Solutions Consultants are responsible for resolving customer queries, providing advice and guidance to our internal and external stakeholders.

You will be part of a global team that provides a dedicated response to our variety of library customers across multiple regions.

You will be a key contributor to our customers’ experience and retention by providing application support and education for library staff utilising Libero in their day-to-day library operations.

You understand the importance of record-keeping, so will collate customer and platform environment technical specifications and maintain up-to-date knowledge, documentation, and configuration databases.

No one day will be the same, as you are a key contributor to global projects, service excellence and support, customer education.
