- Take ownership for maintaining and improving the NAB records management framework including jurisdiction retention policies, controls, and processes.
- Oversee the annual attestation process with all Asset owners across the Enterprise.

In the role of **Consultant Digital Records**,**in the Data & Analytics team that’s doubling down on customer obsession_._
**Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to**:
- Ability to navigate occasionally conflicting regional regulatory obligations and advise the business accordingly
- Play an integral role in aligning records management governance with privacy and security obligations and activities, to ensure all aspects of information management and security are considered
- Oversee the annual attestation process with all Asset owners in the Enterprise.
- Improve periodic compliance reporting for Records Retention Schedules.
**We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need**:
- Proven experience in information and/or records management governance/policy
- Demonstrated experience interpreting legislation and regulation to maintain retention policies and standards, and advise on retention schedules
- Proven ability implementing frameworks, policies, processes, tools, and controls to improve records governance, reduce risk, and improve efficiency as to how records are retained and disposed
- Significant experience with business classification schemas and record retention policies
- Proven experience consulting and advising on records and information management standards, processes, and system deployment strategies. Proven evidence of continuous improvement
- Ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders across the business, as well as risk and compliance functions to ensure successful implementation of policies and change
