**Dental Reception Coordinator - 3+ Days Per Week**

We’re on the lookout for a friendly, reliable, and motivated **Dental Reception/Administrator** to join our team on a permanent casual basis.
- The Role:_
To be successful in this role, dental knowledge is necessary for this position. We welcome dental assistants wishing to transition to the front desk to apply.

Be the face and voice of the clinic, plus work alongside our team of skilled clinicians and dental assistants.
- **Coordinating** patient finances and appointments, and most importantly, engaging with our patients for a positive experience
- Being **independent and taking initiative** is a daily requirement of this role
- **Casual position** - although engaged as casual, this is considered an ongoing employment with long-term potential
- What We’re Looking For:_
- **Minimum 1 year** of experience as a Dental receptionist (or dental assistant wishing to transfer positions)
- **Dental terminology**and treatment planning experience
- Friendly, professional **communication skills**:

- Highly **organised** and able to handle multiple tasks during the day
- Passionate about delivering a **positive patient and practitioner experience**:

- A great team **attitude and contributing** to the bigger growth of the business

Pay: $32.00 - $35.00 per hour
