**About the role**
- Working within the Community Access Services Team the Counter Services, Service Leader is the direction manager for a team of Service Officers and Hearing Coordinators across Our King St and La Trobe Street Offices.
- Reporting to the Service Delivery Manager this role provides coaching and development opportunities towards the team and works on continual improvement of the user facing roles within these sites.
- Working closely with the Service Leaders within the service delivery group this role is actively involved in the recruitment and improvement projects within the broader Community Access Services Team.
**About you**
- Previous management experience within a contact centre or customer service environment is preferred.
- Experience working closely with people within a customer service environment.
- A high-level of computer literacy to effectively use and navigate in-house case management, telephone management and knowledge management systems as well as Microsoft Office products.
- Experience leading, coaching and developing staff within a highly legislative workplace.
