**About the role**
We are seeking a dedicated Operations Administrator to provide vital support in the areas of office administration and valuations operations. You will be based in the office with the rest of the team, ocassionally having to cover Reception when there are clients coming in. This role plays a pivotal part in ensuring smooth business operations, client satisfaction, and supporting the team on a day to day basis.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide exceptional client services, including greeting visitors, handling calls, and managing mail and deliveries.
- Maintain office cleanliness, organization, and supplies, serving as the point of contact for building management.
- Administer pool car usage and upkeep, along with managing expense claims.
- Coordinate staff travel and support internal event planning.
- Manage valuation quote requests, document signing via DocuSign, and report distribution.
- Assist with file setup, management, and invoicing for valuation operations.
- Identify and implement process improvements, enhancing administrative efficiency.
**Skills and Experience**
- Previous experience or desire to get into the property space is ideal
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Commitment to high quality and standards with acute attention to detail and accuracy.
- Positive attitude, a strong desire to learn, and a willingness to develop skills and knowledge.
- Outstanding administrative and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Must be well presented and have a can-do attitude
- Must have full rights to work in Australia
