**About Them**
Our client is a leading provider of private Healthcare services across Australia with more than 15,000 employees and more than 17,000 Accredited Medical Practitioners across more than 40 hospitals across the country. Their aim is to provide quality clinical outcomes and an exceptional patient care.

We are looking for a WHS Specialist to be based across two private hospitals in the north-west and Hills District of Sydney. Full time role allowing 1 day working from home.

**Role Purpose**
As the WHS Specialist you will be based across two private facilities and reporting into the. You will partner with and support the Regional WHS Manager. You will be well embedded into the day to day operations and support the GM of each hospital directly. You will work with a highly competent WHS team with over 40 professionals throughout Australia so personal development and professional support is on hand. 1 day a week WFH.

Your key role is to drive a continuous improvement approach in Safety and Wellbeing performance and to drive the national strategy on a local basis and support the injury management specialists.

**Experience for Success**:

- Qualification within Work, Health and Safety
- Several years holding a role within work health and safety
- Drivers licence to move between your two designated sites
- Experience with Incident and Investigation training, e.g. ICAM or similar
- Background in healthcare / aged care / human support services would be hugely advantageous.
