**The Opportunity**

The Personal Assistant is responsible for providing a high level of professional assistance and support to the Chief Audit Officer and the Internal Audit team as required. This includes ensuring an efficient, organised working environment for the Chief Audit Officer and their team where required, ensuring effective administrative support as necessary, and in cooperation with other Personal Assistants ensuring an adaptable, rapid support service for the wider Leadership Team.

This is a permanent full-time position, based in our Melbourne offices. Bupa offers hybrid working arrangements and you can work from the office or from home.

**How will I help?**

**You will add value by**:

- Assist the Chief Audit Officer and their team, with the outcome of ensuring an efficient working environment for a team working across multiple states and offices
- Undertake special projects and assist with general duties, compiling and publishing regular and ad-hoc performance reports for the team when necessary

**What do I need?**

Firstly, you’d need to have demonstrated experience of supporting a senior management team and come readily equipped with excellent organisational skills and proven ability to meet strict deadlines with conflicting priorities. Communication skills are key. These will come in handy when liaising with our stakeholders to create extraordinary business outcomes. Whether it’s Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint or Outlook, you'll need to be proficient and confident using these programs. Good understanding of risk management, and even broader governance, risk, and compliance will be considered an asset.
