Your Opportunity

This is a great opportunity to make a difference and work in the Fundraising Team, raising funds to ensure Mission Australia has the revenue needed to keep our incredible programs running.

Your key responsibilities will be to:

- Call existing supporters to make welcome or thank you calls, update details and request donations
- Answer inbound calls, manage queries, cancellations and complaint handling
- Contribute to the achievement of Supporter Relations income generation and provide outstanding customer service at every opportunity
- Update and maintain information in the Microsoft CRM database
- Perform general administration tasks

Requirements for Success
- Experience in a customer service / supporter relations / call centre or telemarketing role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Maintain confidentiality, self-motivation, initiative and be an excellent team player
- Strong attention-to-detail to maintain accurate information
- Proficiency across Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel and Outlook

Before starting work with us, you will need to undertake a national police history check, qualifications, and referee checks, and have a clearance to work with children/vulnerable people.
