Reporting to the Customer Relations & Virtual Pharmacy Manager, the key responsibilities for this role include:

- Building relationships with customers and ensuring their experience is second to none.
- Processing orders, credits and returns.
- Liaise with cross functional teams to service ad hoc requests to deliver on business needs.

The minimum qualifications and skills required for this role are:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in pharmacy or business is preferred but not required.
- 1 + year experience working in pharmacy.
- Experience working in a customer facing role is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Hardworking, punctual, and patient.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
- Must be eligible to work in Australia (Australian Citizen or appropriate Visa holder).
