**THE ROLE**
**DUTIES**
- Represent the organisation in negotiations with employee representatives, unions, and other stakeholders
- Build and sustain collaborative relationships with the Business Partners, collaborating with the wider HR team in regards to compliance, policies, procedures
- Stay updated on changes in industrial relations laws, regulations, and industry best practices, ensuring compliance
- Lead ER/IR projects and contribute to strategy in line with business needs
**THE CANDIDATE**
- Previous experience as a specialist within an Employee Relations/Industrial Relations role
- Experience working in a similar NFP or within the disability, aged care, childcare or retail industries highly desirable
- Proven experience in handling complex and technical employee relations and industrial relations matters, as well as working with unions and Enterprise Bargaining Agreements (EBAs).
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
