**CHSP Customer Care Manager **to become a valued member of our Home Care team.

**About the role**:
This role will support the State Manager to facilitate the delivery of high-quality care for all clients. This position is designed to provide coordination for services under the CHSP program for areas within the New England, Mid North Coast, Western Sydney and South Metro VIC Regions. The CHSP Customer Care Manager manages the day-to-day care needs of clients receiving services under the CHSP program, in line with business procedures and policy requirements.

**Responsibilities**:

- Utilise a broad range of care planning skills and knowledge to identify client and Carer needs and problems which may require specialised care plans which provide a range of flexible services to clients living in their own homes.
- Maintain a high standard of client documentation which accurately reflects professional standards of care delivery associated with Home Nursing Group
- Identifying customers’ needs, clarifying information, researching every issue, and providing solutions and or alternatives within the guidelines provided.
- Seize opportunities to upsell care and support when they arise.
- Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by going the extra mile.
- Actively participate in problem solving and finding solutions for internal and external customers
- Develop and maintain relationships with care coordinators and care workers and other stakeholders as appropriate, including sub-contractors, MAC staff, RAS and ACAT assessors
- Participate in quality continuous improvement activities within the service delivery sphere and general office environment
- Participation in educational seminars to improve knowledge and performance level
- Availability for after-hours support on an on-call roster basis

**Essential**
- Minimum two (2) years’ experience in a customer service/administrative role, with a customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
- Demonstrated time management and organisational skills with an ability to cope with competing demands
- Active listening skills with a high level of both written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Sound IT skills, especially in the Microsoft suite of programs, and great attention to detail
- Lateral thinker with strong problem solving and analytical capabilities and flexibility of approach
- Sound working knowledge of continuous improvement, risk management, EEO principles and WHS as they relate the position
- Current or willing to obtain National Police check
- Current or willing to obtain First Aid and CPR certificates
- Registered and comprehensively insured vehicle
- Australia Drivers Licence
- 3 x Covid-19 Vaccinations and yearly influenza vaccination

**Desirable**
- Relevant health related qualifications, such as Certificate III in Aged Care and/or Certificate III in Home and Community Care or equivalent
- Experience applicable to the aged care sector
- Experience in a customer service call centre
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
