Role Overview

This role offers an exciting opportunity for a skilled Customer Care Consultant to join our team and contribute to the delivery of exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive Billable Hours

As a Customer Care Consultant, you will be responsible for driving and maximising billable hours within scope while supporting CHSP customer journeys.

Collaborate with Stakeholders

You will collaborate with relevant stakeholders to manage requests, complaints, and escalations in a timely and effective manner.

Manage Requests and Procedures

Follow established procedures and manage requests according to documented information in Salesforce or emails.

Incident Management

Manage incidents, hazards, and complaints in alignment with respective policies and escalate where required.

Clinical Situation Escalation

Ensure all clinical situations are escalated to the appropriate clinical team in a timely and effective manner.

Invoicing and Compliance

Manage invoicing inquiries, direct debit requests, fee considerations requests, and ensure organisational compliance.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A strong customer experience focus gained through working in CHSP or similar previous roles.
  • Previous demonstrated experience in an office/administration role.
  • Advanced written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to build strong internal relationships, including working within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong organisational and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively, identifying issues and potential solutions.
  • Advanced computer skills, including word processing, Excel, PowerPoint, and database management.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary, estimated at $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition, we provide a range of benefits, including opportunities for professional development and growth.
