We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Specialist who is energetic, tenacious and creative in sourcing techniques & is passionate about providing professional recruitment services in this end to end position.
Your days will include;
- Providing end to end recruitment services **specialising in hiring Home Care Workers**:
- Managing recruitment campaigns for bulk recruitment activity
- Optimizing recruitment related software
- Utilizing social media tools for recruitment & EVP promotion
- Attending careers fairs & proactively instigating new recruitment channels
The right person will have a “can do” approach, with excellent communication & interpersonal skills and high attention to detail. In addition you will have;
- Demonstrated experience in a similar position
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or related - advantage
- Experience managing high volume recruitment campaigns
- Tech savvy and an interest in optimizing recruitment software tools
- Social media know how & natural networking skills
- Strong organisational skills & the ability to multitask
- Evidence of Covid 19 Immunisations x 3
