**About the Role**:
You'll be managing the hands-on recruitment of your own portfolio on a daily basis, which is high volume in nature.

The successful incumbent will also be the key driver for external partnerships with local education bodies, promoting the organization for traineeship programs, and be the advocate for other recruitment initiatives right across the business.

**About you**:

- Minimum 12 months - 2 years experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment
- Previous experience in Childcare or Early Education, ideal but not mandatory
- Proven ability to build strong internal relationships
- Solutions focused with a strong ability to problem-solve
- Happy to be hands-on recruiting on a day to day basis, in a high volume capacity
- Previous experience in SME/ a scale-up environment, mandatory
