**Your New Opportunity**

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the recruitment, selection and onboarding activities for each new employee are conducted smoothly and efficiently.

**What you’ll be doing**
- Creation of position descriptions, job advertisements and posting where relevant
- Facilitation of interview scheduling process including coordinating interview times with hiring managers and applicants
- Participate and lead recruitment-related projects and initiatives
- Provide support to Talent Acquisition Specialists and People & Culture as required

**About You**
- Experience in a fast paced/high volume environment with talent acquisition/recruitment support highly regarded
- Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business or related field
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders and attending to competing priorities
- Excellent planning, organisational and negotiation skills and strong attention to detail
- Vibrant and engaged personality with a high level of emotion intelligence and active listening
