**About the role**:
- #LI-HYBRID #LI-MO1You will play a key role in attracting the best talent to Demant and Audika across ANZ. Not only will you be doing end-to-end recruitment but will be involved in creative and interesting talent acquisition activities as well as some strategic HR projects.

**Responsibilities**:
- Employ a range of sourcing methods, including proactive sourcing and professional networking.
- Facilitate regular communication and collaboration between hiring managers, directors, and leaders to ensure alignment of recruitment efforts with business goals and priorities.
- Act as a strategic partner to hiring managers, providing insights and recommendations on talent acquisition strategies, market trends, and best practices.
- Proactively address any concerns or challenges raised by stakeholders related to the recruitment process, and work towards effective solutions.
- Support the development and implementation of a broad range of HR projects such as graduate recruitment program and international recruitment.
**You will be successful in this role if you have**:
- Bachelor's degree
- Strong talent sourcing skills (including direct search, Boolean search, networking through social media platforms)
- Prior experience recruiting in a highly competitive space
- Strong project management and organisational skills
