We are looking for a Recruiter, ideally with Graduate/campus recruitment experience to join our team as our Future Vet TA Specialist.
You will be managing the Australian Future Vet workforce and will provide support to the Australian and New Zealand Recruitment team. This is a fast-paced and varied role, which is both challenging & rewarding

**In this fast-paced role you will**:
- Partner with the business to identify suitable clinics and teams that can support vet students, place vet students and enable their success to become our Graduates for both immediate and future needs.
- Support the full recruitment life cycle for graduating hires; from clinical placement to new graduate; utilising our leading-edge technology to your advantage and helping our future vets get a role in the best clinic for them.
- Network and build a student veterinarian network across AUS
- Building relationships with Universities across Australia
- Managing university recruitment campaigns, conferences and industry events.
- Work with the business, our recruitment team and our Early Talent Manager to help drive engagement and retention of graduating vets.
**Our new team member will have the below attributes/experience**:
- Demonstrated experience working in a deadline driven, **fast-paced, customer centric**environment where no day is the same and that excites you
- **Customer-centric**- You understand how important customer service is, always going above and beyond to listen and support your customers
- Ideally you will bring 3+ years of Recruitment experience, pharmaceutical/medical industry experience is advantageous but it’s not essential as we know you’re the type of person that loves to learn and picks things up quickly
- **A forward planner**:
- Amongst your friendship circle, you are known as the organiser and planner - always 5 steps ahead
- **Tech savvy**- You will be able to use our leading-edge technology to your advantage. We have a lot of continuous improvement projects in this space
- **A confident communicator**- Exceptional verbal & written communication skills, you’ll be happy to get on the phone to build relationships with graduating students & have a chat. You’re able to influence and manage stakeholder expectations.
- **Agile & adaptable**- things change fast in recruitment, especially in the student vet world, you will need to be able to work quickly & with a high attention to detail
