What You'll Do:
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you'll be at the heart of our recruitment efforts, working closely with different departments to attract and source top talent. Your responsibilities will include:

End-to-End Recruitment**: Manage the entire recruitment process for Team Member and specialist operations roles, from requisition approval to onboarding, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for all.
- ** Targeted Talent Strategies**: Implement innovative strategies to attract and source talent, leveraging existing talent pools and proactive sourcing channels like Seek, Indeed, and LinkedIn.
- ** High-Volume Recruitment**: Handle a high volume of frontline roles across multiple brands and states, ensuring we have the right people in the right places.
- ** Guidance and Advice**: Provide expert advice to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process, sharing best practices and market insights to help them make informed decisions.
- ** Stakeholder Collaboration**: Work closely with stakeholders to clarify recruitment needs, manage current and future demand, and ensure compliance with relevant policies and legislation.
- ** Business Engagement**: Attend business and leadership meetings to maintain strong relationships and understand the evolving needs of the business.
- ** Data and Insights**: Provide valuable data, insights, and reporting to support business decision-making and drive continuous improvement in our recruitment processes.
- ** Compliance and Best Practices**: Stay informed about recruitment trends and best practices, ensuring compliance with all relevant policies and legislation.

***Role Requirements**:
This role is based in NSW and requires working at Wetherill Park CFC and attending the NSW SSC in Macquarie Park, with at least three days a week on-site (two of these days initially being at CFC). You'll be recruiting for roles such as Customer Delivery Drivers and Team Members at CFC, with the potential to work on other brands and roles depending on workload. We're looking for someone with experience in blue-collar recruitment and volume proactive sourcing.
