Administration Support to Sales Team

Build and maintain relationships

**Our Client **specialises in the manufacture of made to order products and is well established with over 40 years in operation. You will be working within a friendly team environment located in Brookvale.

**The Role**
You will be liaising with all levels in the organisation and external customers. Yours is a pivotal role from maintaining customer relationships by responding to inquiries, supporting Sales Managers by tracking, investigating and reporting sales information, resolving queries and providing office based admin support.

**Responsibilities**:

- Management of sales orders - processing orders, answering queries/inquiries and following up with customers
- Correspondence with customers on - order status/product availability/delivery status
- Preparation of sales quotes
- Update the system with new sales data/price lists/ customer discounts
- Generate reports from the system
- Manage relationships with customers
- Provide support for field sales team
- Liaise with internal departments including sales team, logistics team to ensure high service levels to customers keeping them informed

**Skills Experience**:

- Previous Customer Service / Sales Support experience
- High attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Previous background working in a manufacturing environment would be advantageous
- Excel / Word and exposure to using an ERP system
- Can do attitude with ability to make decisions under pressure
- Most importantly a hard working attitude with a team player mentality
