10-May-2023- Sydney, NSW, AUWe are currently recruiting for an **Sales** **Administration & Support Leader** to join our dynamic sales operations team. This role reports directly into our Sales Operations Director and is a critical sales role within our business. This role is available on a permanent basis and will be based out of our York Street Office.

This role will lead an administrative support team to ensure efficient and timely administration support is delivered to our Sales Teams such as invoice management, expense/travel management, sponsorship and event support.

**A day in the life**
- Develop a Centre of Excellence approach to deliver administration support across multiple sales teams.
- Ensure effective prioritisation and communication in line with broader business priorities
- Create a continuous improvement mindset and challenge our ways of working including the elimination of nonvalue adding administration tasks.
- Review and assess sponsorship and event ticket allocation and effectiveness.
- Identify cost saving opportunities in Travel and Expense management in Sales.
- Work closely with our Payment Services team to ensure compliance with our Travel & Expenses policy and SLAs, as well as feedback on areas of opportunity in our policies.
