We are looking for someone who enjoys supporting the execution of campaign-based initiatives and is motivated by a fast-paced environment. Bring your sophisticated administrative and sales support skills to this highly collaborative and supportive team. Reporting to the Head of Sales and Client Management, you’ll work with sales executives to deploy programs and initiatives that enable customer-facing teams execute the core-aspects of their jobs more effectively. In addition, you’ll provide support to a busy bid management team.

The Role

  • Supporting the sales executives in providing client research and pipeline analysis client insight research function providing insight to our sales teams
  • Administer the client satisfaction program, including NPS (net promotor score)
  • Provide pipeline reporting support and sponsor use of CRM Systems
  • Review sales strategies and plans ensuring they are on track and report results accordingly
  • Provide updates about wins and outcome
  • Assist the bid management team with RFT support
  • Ensure all projects are on track and delivered, including sales and account plans
  • Produce reports on sales plans and monitoring outcomes
  • Identify problems and solve them in a pragmatic manner
  • Meeting preparation, calendar management and administration tasks 

The Requirements

  • The ability to work in a collaborative manner and take initiative when required
  • Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally supporting a sales team
  • Working knowledge of CRM systems and advanced Microsoft Office skills
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills
  • The ability to prioritise work and manage time effectively
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy when accomplishing a task
  • Proven problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and find possible solutions to problems as they arise
  • The ability to adapt to changing circumstances
