**About the Role and Who we are Looking for**
An opportunity exists to join a highly successful and busy real estate business in the heart of Melbourne's CBD.
This role requires someone who enjoys being the front of house for a busy team, and can handle multiple tasks at one time. This is a great opportunity to get a foot in the door to the property world.
**Tasks include**:
- Answer and direct all incoming calls to the appropriate area.
- Welcome all guests to the office.
- Maintain general reception area, common areas and meeting rooms.
- Process and distribute all incoming mail, including courier deliveries.
- Assist as needed with facilities management inquiries and general day-to-day running of the office.
- Ad hoc administration duties
Hours of work are Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm with a Saturday roster of alternate weeks.
