**Let us tell you about the different roles we have**
We are working with a number of real estate agencies across greater Melbourne, who are looking for a warm, welcoming front of house receptionist. As the first point of contact for all inbound calls and guests visiting the office, you will learn real estate at its grass routes - meeting and greeting clients who are looking for top level service within real estate. What a great opportunity.
We have positions available in Melbourne's CBD and in the South East.
These roles are excellent training grounds for future career progression, perhaps into property management or sales.
Your main duties can include the following duties;
- Answer and direct all incoming calls to the appropriate area.
- Meet and greet clients,
- Set up meeting rooms
- Update properties on the company website
- Work with tradies dealing with maintenance
- Order office and kitchen supplies
- Ad hoc admin support to the property management and /or sales team
- Keep reception and the meeting areas tidy at all times
- Manage in and outgoing mail, book couriers
- Draft lease agreements and prepare keys for handover
These roles require someone who works well under pressure and can handle multiple tasks at one time, while maintaining a smile.
**Salaries: $50,000 - $70,000 +Super depending on experience.**
