We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Team Coordinator to join us in our office in North Sydney.
This full-time role will see you providing support to the team, including correspondence, answering queries, and liaising with clients as well as some general administrative tasks to help keep our office running.
This role will work closely with our broader administration team who work across our offices in Newcastle and Brisbane, and comes with an opportunity to grow into a Personal / Executive Assistant role.
**Key responsibilities**:
- Provide administration support to the team
- Maintain client information and ensuring accuracy in our databases
- Liaise with clients to schedule meetings, confirm details and answer queries
- Proactively manage team travel, expenses, meetings, training, etc.
- Support the team for induction, onboarding and offboarding
- Assist with the preparation of documentation for clients
- Maintain office environment and facilities
- Liaising with the wider support team across our offices
- Provide direct support to the Partner for calendar and inbox management
**To be successful in this role you will need**:
- Experience working in a similar role (Team Administrator / Assistant, etc.)
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- A positive, can-do attitude
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, and Excel
- Experience in an Accounting firm is advantageous but not essential
