About the Role
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Team Assistant to support our senior directors and contribute to the seamless operation of our investment team.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative support to multiple directors, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
- Assist with the preparation of presentations, reports, and other investment-related documentation.
- Organise and prioritise daily tasks, ensuring deadlines are met and activities run smoothly.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Provide support for expense reporting and financial tracking for the directors as needed.
- Act as a liaison between directors and other internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders.
