**You'll be responsible for**:
- Providing administrative and organisational support to the Head of Strategic Excellence, the Head of Financial Risk, and other necessary Heads, including processing correspondence, diary management, monitoring phone inquiries, and prioritising and following up requests, ensuring they are actioned, escalated, or completed accordingly.
- Supporting the division as the systems services coordinator, collecting, and coordinating information and data for reporting purposes, maintaining databases, document control, and filing systems in accordance with AAL Policies and Procedures.
- Producing correspondence, communication, presentation, confidential documents, spreadsheets and reports as required.
- Contributing to a cohesive and aligned community of administration and support roles across Division.
- Collecting and reconciling evidence to support expense claims in accordance with Allianz technology processes.
**About you**:
- Experience providing team administration support at the management level in a corporate environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of communicating with clarity, impact, and influence.
- Demonstrated evidence of technical proficiency with systems, software, database, reporting and communication tools
- High attention to detail by completing tasks with thoroughness and accuracy and the ability to quickly identify errors or in consistencies within information.
- Willingness to learn ability to self-motivate, including effectively planning and prioritising work
