Currently, we are in search of a proactive and approachable Claims Administrator to provide support to a team of 5 case managers within the Self-insurance department.

**_What will you be doing?_**
- **Working in a Small, Close-Knit Team in Self-insurance**: You'll support 5 case managers and a shared IMS/technical specialist
- **Highly Transactional Role**: Thrive in a role that plays a pivotal part in supporting administrative and data functions, where every action contributes to our collective success.
**_Key Responsibilities:_**
- **Data Management**: Ensure precise data entry and file note uploads.
- **Communication Crafting**: Create accurate communication letters.
- **Financial Handling**: Execute invoicing with precision.
- **Call Assistance**: Provide support during call overflow.
- **Claims Registration**: Excel in claims registration work.
- **Data Integrity**: Maintain data accuracy.
- **Stakeholder Engagement**: Follow up on reports and information.
- **Versatile Support**: Tackle ad hoc admin tasks.
**_What experience will you have?_**
- **Proficiency in Administration and/or Accounts Receivable**: Demonstrated experience in administrative roles and managing accounts receivable is highly regarded.
- **Customer-Centric Attitude and Adaptability**: Individuals who prioritise service and adapt willingly to assigned tasks.
- **Thriving in High-Volume and Fast-Paced Settings**: Experience in handling high workloads within a dynamic environment is a valuable asset.
- **Preference for Insurance Background**: While specific industry expertise isn't mandatory, it's a definite advantage if you have a background in workers' compensation or insurance.
