I'm excited to share an excellent opportunity that has arisen with one of our clients, a leading insurance company who are looking for a dedicated Administrator to support the Claims department.

As an Administrator, you'll handle Claims Admin tasks, enhance client experience, process payments and invoices, manage reporting, triage claims, and serve as the primary contact for the claims team.

  • This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, with a hybrid working model. Although flexible, you'll typically be in the office Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
  • Salary: The position pays $35 per hour plus super.
  • Start Date: ASAP

  • This position is initially a 3-month contract but has a high likelihood of extension.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently handle all administrative tasks associated with claims to ensure smooth operations.
  • Proactively enhance the client experience by providing exceptional service and support.
  • Accurately process payments and invoices, maintaining financial integrity.
  • Oversee comprehensive reporting and effectively triage claims to ensure timely and accurate resolutions.
  • Act as the central point of communication for the claims team, ensuring seamless coordination and support.

The ideal candidate:

  • Extensive administrative experience, particularly within insurance and financial services
  • Expertise in claims management, preferably in Australian General Insurance
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in IT systems, including MS Excel
  • A strong ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment
