MAYDAY Recruitment is excited to partner with one of the world's leading Global Insurers who are looking for a Claims Administrator to join their expanding team

In this role, you will play a pivotal part in supporting a team of Claims Consultants with all things Administration

**The role overview**:

- **Start**: ASAP
- **Location,** is based in corporate offices in North Sydney, with stunning harbour views, and only 1 minute walk from the train station
- **Working hours,** are Monday
- Friday 8:30am - 5pm, with no demand to stay late
- **Duration**, 6-month temp role with the view to go permanent/lead to progression opportunities for the right person
- **Pay,** $34.58 per hour + super
- **Growth,** throughout the role you will have continuous training and development, opportunity to take on extra work and responsibilities. Working for a global brand you will also have structured progression opportunities.
- **Team,** although you are working for a global company you will be working with a collaborative team, who are all leaders in their fields but love to socialise.
- **Management,** you will learn from the best, working for a motivating, transparent and supportive Management team

**The role**:

- Work in a business support team providing administration duties to claims examiners
- High volume admin processing claims, lodgements and invoices
- Provide all-round administration support where required
- Claims administration - ensuring contract and renewals are updated
- Manage a busy inbox and ensure seamless communication with stakeholders
- Ensure claim files are kept up to date with all communication

**Experience needed**:

- Good organisation skills, and ability to learn and work across multiple systems
- Ability to work in a team
- Excellent communication
- Experience working in Insurance or Banking and Finance is highly desirable
- Experience working in a fast-paced administration role is essential
- Full working rights desirable and role is likely to extend
