**About the role**
Become a vital member of the team providing pivotal claims administration support managing correspondence, enquiries, and processes.

**Duties**
- Take ownership of setting up new claims while efficiently managing a busy claims inbox along with all related correspondence and inquiries.
- Be the driving force behind claims payments processing, ensuring accuracy and meticulous data preparation to facilitate comprehensive claims reporting.
- Utilise your innovation skills identifying key areas of improvement with the opportunity to implement new effective processes and procedures.
- Provide essential administration support to the broader team while developing strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders across our thriving business.
- Review an array of documents, encompassing vital aspects such as billing, claims processes, and collaborations with third-party entities.

**Skills & experience**
- Strong administrative experience
- Competent in Microsoft Office Suite
- Good communication and time management skills
