- Established in 1929, Bristile Roofing is one of the country’s largest suppliers and installers of concrete and ceramic roof tiles, offering a comprehensive range of more than 40 colours and seven profiles. Over recent years, the company has expanded to include metal roofing, fascia’s and gutters together with a range of innovative roofing solutions including solar and batteries.**Role**:
We’re seeking a self-motivated and confident Administrative Support to join our Operations team at our Bristile Roofing® office in Dandenong, VIC. Reporting to the Administration Manager, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Roofing Operations Team, manage contractor payments and provide general administration support for Bristile Victoria.**Duties include but are not limited to**:
- Coordinate and schedule roofing jobs as specified by customers
- Liaise with customers, suppliers, and internal staff regarding product and
- contractor availability
- Support the sales team including with sales and general office duties
- Process supply-only orders for sales within specified time frames
- Provide support to the despatch team including completion of daily functions and
- participating in monthly stocktakes
- Carry out accounts receivable functions including invoicing, credit requests/releases
- and customer enquiries within specified time frames
- Perform accounts payable functions including the contractor claim process within
- specified time frames
- Liaise with all business departments and provide support as required
- Maintain detailed and current knowledge of Bristile Roofing products and services
**Success Requirements**:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel & Word).
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong skills in Maximise, JDE or other financial business and warehousing system preferred
- Strong time management, administration, and organisational skills.
- Excellent verbal, non-verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to complete multiple tasks with varying levels of priority.
- Inventory management and order processing
- Co ordinate returns and credits including initiating investigations
