We're seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to join our dynamic People and Reputation and Technology Teams. As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of our business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate requests for information from internal and external stakeholders
  • Provide a professional first point of contact for all enquiries
  • Arrange diaries, schedule appointments, and meetings
  • Manage incoming email and assign tasks for the Chief People and Reputation Officer or Chief Technology
  • Participate in meetings by collating meeting agendas, taking minutes, and distributing follow-up actions
  • Support the preparation of board papers and meetings
  • Organize travel arrangements, room bookings, and set up equipment for teleconferences
  • Maintain the storage and recording of information
