**Job Description: Part-Time Office Administrator - Childcare Centre**

**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Part-Time Office Administrator to join our childcare centre team. As the Office Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth financial operations and administrative functions of the centre. Your responsibilities will include credit card and bank account reconciliation, invoicing parents, managing various charges, handling payroll and superannuation, addressing funding queries, preparing reports, assisting with enrolment processes, and overseeing website management. This role requires proficiency in MYOB and Blip, Bright HR software, as well as knowledge of CCS and Start Strong funding programs.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. **Financial Management**:

- Perform accurate and timely credit card and bank account reconciliation.
- Generate monthly invoices for Regular and Regular Occasional parents and fortnightly invoicing for occasional parents.
- Handle charges such as Bonds, membership fees, late fees, fundraisers, and other miscellaneous charges.
- Ensure meticulous documentation and record-keeping of financial transactions.

**2*. **Payroll and Superannuation**:*
- Utilize MYOB and Blip software to process payroll for childcare centre staff.
- Manage superannuation contributions and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.

**3. **Government Funding Expertise**:

- Address queries related to CCS (Child Care Subsidy) and Start Strong funding programs.

**4.** **Enrolment and Administrative Support**:

- Facilitate enrolment processes, including sending acceptance letters and managing necessary documentation.
- Provide exceptional customer service to parents by addressing inquiries and offering support.
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed to ensure the smooth operation of the childcare centre.

**5. **Website Management**:

- Maintain and update the childcare centre's website with relevant information, announcements, and resources.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure the website reflects accurate and current details.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Previous experience in office administration, preferably within a childcare or education setting.
- Proficiency in using MYOB and Blip software for payroll and financial management.
- Strong understanding of CCS and Start Strong funding programs and processes.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with an acute attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, for interacting with parents and staff.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage a diverse range of responsibilities.
- Familiarity with general office software (Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, etc.).
- Basic website management skills are a plus.

**Working Hours and Compensation**:

- This is a part-time position with flexible working hours (8 hours per week) based on the needs of the childcare centre.
- Compensation will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.
