Temporary 3 day (22nd - 24th April) opportunity with an Australian owned pharmaceutical manufacturer base on-site at Lane Cove with free onsite parking and close to public transport.

Working 3 full days (8.30am-4.30pm) you'll help ease the load and become a valued member of the team over this period.

Working as a Receptionist, your 5* customer service and administration skills will see you become a pivotal point of contact for the business - you love keeping everything running smoothly

**What will a day in the office look like for you?**

You will become the 'rock' on reception and duties will include:

- Being the voice and face of the organisation, answering calls and providing support to customers/clients/executives
- Sorting mail, arranging couriers for staff and following up to ensure delivery
- Managing the meeting room bookings and ensuring these spaces are clean and tidy
- General administrative tasks and support to other team members when required to ensure the office runs smoothly (running errands and assisting with adhoc projects)

Whilst there are tasks that will happen day in, day out, you will possess plenty of common sense and initiative to think quickly on your feet and resolve any issues that come your way. You thrive in an environment where you can use your 'can do' attitude to make a positive impact everyday.

To be successful in this position you'll need to be great on the phone and have the ability to work quickly around a computer. Personality is everything You'll be a naturally positive, friendly and enjoy working as part of a team.
