Admin Assistant | Event Administration | General Office Duties
**Your new company**
This exciting not-for-profit works in an ever evolving industry and is centrally located close to public transport and with some onsite car parking.
They currently have a vacancy for an Administrator to join their small, highly supportive team to assist with general administration and events coordination.
**Your new role**
- Reception and customer service (low volume calls)
- Coordinate all travel bookings
- Assist with board reports and setting up board meetings
- Assist with the coordination of events
- Update and maintain website
- General office administration
**What you'll need to succeed**
- 3 years experience in Administration
- A 'can do' attitude and a willingness to help
- Professional disposition with excellent communication skills
- Ability to work to your own initiative without supervision
**What you'll get in return**

- 20 days annual leave
- Hybrid working (3 days office, 2 days home)
- No expectation of overtime
