**Key Accountabilities**:
As an Administration Assistant, you'll play a crucial role in supporting the technical team. Your responsibilities will include:

- Formatting of detailed reports and other documents
- Assisting with the preparation of tenders and proposals
- Coordinating staff events
- Managing conference bookings; including travel arrangements, promotional items and booth coordination
- Ad hoc administrative support including boardroom preparations, answering phones and maintaining suppliers and memberships

**About You**:

- 2-3 years experience in a similar role
- High level of computer proficiency, with advanced Microsoft Word
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Outstanding time management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Initiative and a proactive mindset
- A good sense of humour and a positive outlook
