Claims Administrator for the State Government
**Your new company**
A state government department is looking for an experienced claim's administrator to assist the team.
**Your new role**
Day to day responsibilities/accountabilities:
- To provide admin support to assist with claim queries and support the claims team.
- Queries are coming from customers, builders, service providers, these need quick triaging to appropriate consultants / advisers to deal with the claims, save query on Salesforce system and create a task.
- Filing of correspondence.
- Payments Processing.
**What you'll need to succeed**
Volumes are large and therefore looking for someone with:
- Claims/ Insurance administration experience
- Strong organisation skills
- Quality conscious with attention to detail
- Experienced in multitasking and prioritising tasks.
- Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and confident administrator
- Resilient and calm demeanour
- Team player
- Demonstrated ability to take the initiative to help as required
- Ability to meet a variety of administrative support to the DBI function especially claims teams
