- Undertake the tasks of receiving calls, take messages and routing correspondence
- Handle requests & queries appropriately
- Maintain diary, arrange meetings & appointments, provide reminders
- Organise travel arrangements
- Take minutes & accurately enter data
- Monitor office supplies & any ad-hoc office requests
- Produce reports, presentations & briefs
- Develop & carry out an efficient documentation & filing system

**The Successful Applicant**:
This position is dynamic and varied, it will suit a go-getter who values the impact of the secretarial function. We are seeking experienced office administrator who has worked with a range of different stakeholders, has exemplary customer service, communication and stakeholder management skills.
