About the role:
- Build a relationship with all clients and manage customer satisfaction and retention
- Manage sales of computer hardware, software and services to existing account clients
- Identify further sales opportunities with existing companies
- Prepare and present sales proposals and project proposals to existing clients
- Work on tenders for new business as required, working alongside the sales team
- Manage the procurement process, purchasing customer hardware and software and managing the hardware set up process with the Acrotec Helpdesk
- Hold regular account planning meetings with clients to understand their business and look for business opportunities
- Provide technical advice to clients so they are provided with the most relevant solutions for their business
- Work closely with the Senior Technicians on complex matters and proposals and implementation projects
- Have a strong hand on knowledge of O365 environments, Azure, networks and network infrastructure
About you:
- Minimum 2 years experience as an Account Manager within or servicing the technology industry
- Customer service focused
- Strong relationship building and influencing skills
- Sales experience
- Strong technical knowledge of the industry and technical solutions available for clients
- Full work rights for Australia
- Lives in close proximity to the Northern Beaches
