Automotive Inventory Coordinator

Inchcape, a leading company in the automotive industry, is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Automotive Inventory Coordinator to join their team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all parts required to fulfill service repair work are accurately identified, ordered promptly, and swiftly made available for technicians. This role plays a critical part in supporting the service team by providing efficient inventory management.
Key Responsibilities:
- To oversee day-to-day stock management of the retail site
- Liaise with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) on any matters of concern
- Identify integration issues within the centralized parts operation and work towards resolving them
- Implement systems and process re-engineering to drive business effectiveness and ease customer interaction
Requirements:
- Previous experience working in a Parts environment with interpretation experience in a fast-paced retail environment
- Detailed knowledge of the automotive industry and Aftersales workshop environment
- Able to thrive in a team setting as a flexible and adaptable individual
- Maintain all processes, quality control standards, and ways of working aligned with company policies and procedures
- Collaborate effectively with sales and service teams to achieve results
- Display resilience and proactivity when managing challenges and leading in ambiguous situations
- Possess exceptional time management, prioritization, communication, problem-solving, and planning skills
- Holds a current driver's license
