Business Support Officer

The Branch Support Officer (can be based in Dandenong or Geelong) exists to provide administrative assistance to the branch network. By assisting the branches and Branch Managers in completing administration tasks, branch staff will have an increased availability to focus activities on customer facing tasks and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
**Your new role awaits**:
- Investigate and provide customer resolutions for issues arising from disputed invoices as well as provide viable solutions to supplier rejected invoices
- Discuss and appropriately invoice excess hours charges with customers
- Lead our uncompromising Safety-First culture throughout the organisation and customer relationships
- Follow up and ensure correct and timely finalisation of branch subhires, focussing on rehire recoveries
- Proactively contacting customers to update expected termination date of delinquent hires
**About you**:
- Exceptional customer service and sales experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Intermediate computer skills
