IDX is seeking a Learning & Organisational Development Advisor to join our People and Culture team in Melbourne or Geelong on a 12 month contract.
**Key Responsibilities**
About the role
Reporting to the Organisational Development Manager, the Learning & Organisational Development Advisor will support the development, implementation, and ongoing coordination of a range of programs and initiatives designed to help build, promote an engaged and inclusive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development and implementation of a range of learning and organisational development programs designed to help build capability and promote an engaged and inclusive workplace culture
- Identify training needs through skills gap analysis, survey feedback analysis and consultation with P&C Business partners
- Contribute to the development and delivery of effective learning and leadership development training programs
- Support the implementation and transition to a new learning management system (Workday)
- Support a range of culture and engagement projects across the areas of employee recognition, wellbeing, and diversity & inclusion
- Coordinate regular employee engagement surveys and support the ongoing embedding of our survey tool (Workday Peakon)
- Manage the promotion and administration of employee recognition programs
- Develop L & OD communications across a range of mediums
- Provide ad hoc support for talent management, remuneration, performance and other P&C initiatives
About You
- Qualifications: Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or Organisational Development together with 2+ years’ experience in Learning and Development, Organisational Development and/or Diversity & Inclusion
- Experience: Demonstrated experience in developing and coordinating effective learning, cultural, engagement and D&I strategies and programs in line with business strategy
- Knowledge: Delivery and/or experience in employee engagement/culture surveys
- HRIS Proficiency: Experience with Workday (or similar HRIS) and related systems is highly regarded.
- Adaptability: Proven capability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Improvement Mindset: Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills that allow you to influence change
