Full time permanent position located in the CBD for a Property Investment company, $80k package
**Your new company**
Our client is a Property Investment company that has a focus on obtaining real estate assets that are resilient to recessions. They provide property funds to investors who are wanting a monthly income stream that is reliable. They currently have 11 trusts with over 1,800 investors and is continuing to experience a high period of growth.
**Your new role**
Reporting to the Head of Compliance you would be providing support to the team and the CFO to provide fund administration services to clients, investor support and day - to day fund administration operations whilst ensuring compliance. Your key responsibilities would be:
- Manage day to day administration queries from investors and advisers ensuring exceptional service is provided to maintain strong relationships
- Maintenance of original document registers ensuring they are accurate and up to date
- Prepare and distribute annual investor tax statements, annual investment income reports, fund reports, financial statements, and investor communications
- Carry out monthly distributions and issue units to unitholders
- Ensure to adhere with AML-CTF rules and regulatory requirements
- Coordinate with external service providers, auditors, tax advisors, and legal counsel
**What you'll need to succeed**
Previous experience of 3 + years in an Office Administration role will lead you to success as will:
- Client service and communication skills specifically in financial services
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to develop strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- High accuracy and attention to detail with experience keeping meticulous records and methodical in creating and maintaining information
- Proficient in Excel and word, and knowledge of mail merge
- Highly organised and ability to prioritise tasks and manage time
- Proactive, diligent, disciplined
- Welcomes change and has the ability to adapt and use initiative
