Our client is an Australian fund manager who has been undergoing a large growth phase. This is a newly created position, for a dynamic Fund Administration Manager to take the next step in their career with a well-established, supportive, and high performing organisation.

You will be supporting the Fund Manager and other senior stakeholders to oversee investment administration and operations. In this versatile role, you will be liaising with multiple stakeholders and covering a range of responsibilities including planning and coordinating external communications, managing outsourced investor registry and report on investor and capital raising transactions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage the registry services provider and oversee the end to end registry function
- Review of investment performance and prepare regular reports and presentations
- Oversight of unit prices of Investment funds, Retirement funds, and other funds & assets in the underlying unit pricing structure
- Monitor and respond to investor and adviser communications
- Work collaboratively with internal and external contacts, manage the CRM and update the website and PDSs on a regular basis
- Assist in the development of new products and investment strategies
- Continuously identify areas for process improvement and drive initiatives to increase operational efficiency

**Key Requirements**:

- 5+ years of experience in funds management administration from a custodian, fund services or funds management background;
- Excellent understanding of custody, funds & investment management, regulatory environment, industry standards, workings, and practices associated with them
- Demonstrated ability to initiate, manage and complete large projects and change
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to prepare concise/ succinct and accurate business reports at the Executive and Board level
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- Relevant post-graduate qualification is desirable
