Carers Queensland is looking for a person with excellent organisational and administrative skills who has extensive capability and experience in group facilitation skills - both face to face and online platforms including Zoom & Microsoft Teams.

**The primary objectives of this position are**:

- To plan, facilitate and evaluate a monthly calendar of events for carers including Carer Retreats & Carers Conversations.
- To consult with carers to ensure events reflect the needs and wants of Carers across Queensland.
- To work collaboratively with a variety of stakeholders both internally and externally.

**Do you have?**:

- Relevant tertiary qualification e.g. Cert III in Community Services or minimum of 2 years’ experience working in the community services sector
- Demonstrated group facilitation skills (online and face to face) for the delivery of community-based events including planning aka are you a creative thinker?
- Strong administration skills with the ability to prioritise plus solid assessment skills including the ability to do risk assessments effectively as required.
