**_ About the role:_**
- Increase sales and market share of our Rinnai products through business development initiatives via our Trade and plumber channels
- Work with the trade team to develop strategies that ensure short term and long-term growth across multiple products within the Hot Water category
- Conduct product training to a range of stakeholders including sales teams, plumbers, contractors, builders, estimators etc.
- Establish new and build on existing customer relationships
- Build and maintain relationships with plumbers
- Increase market knowledge and report on market intelligence, competitor pricing, retail and trade trends etc.

- You have a natural ability to build rapport with customers and to identify new business opportunities
- You have a passion for exceeding customer expectations
- You have a track record of developing new business and achieving/exceeding sales targets and enjoy the challenge of cold calling and closing sales
- Your passion to deliver exceptional service is what drives you and is what gets you up and off to work each day
- You are innovative, goal focused, well organised and have strong influencing and negotiation skills
