**The Opportunity**
We are seeking an Organisational Development Manager to join our Human Resources Team, reporting to the Director of Human Resources. You are an outcome focused and solutions orientated leader with an insatiable desire to drive the customer experience. In this role you will partner with Management to deliver a range of practical OD solutions across our administration and production workforce.

You will be actively contributing to the capability uplift and growth of people across the business which will require you to take a hands-on approach owning the end-to-end development and coordination of new and existing programs. The environment will require you to work with pragmatism and a sense of urgency, but equally offers you the opportunity to curate solutions with a long-term focus. This position is a key member of the Human Resources Leadership Team and is supported by a Learning and Development Coordinator and Organisational Development Advisor.

**Your Key Responsibilites**
- Ownership of the annual HR performance, development, and succession management from goal setting to end-of-year reviews and calibration
- Collaboration with Corporate Compensation to lead merit reviews and annual market reviews
- Manage the leadership development framework
- Develop and deploy practical learning and development initiatives
- Oversee compliance of mandatory training and certification requirements
- Deliver and support organisational culture survey projects, including internal communications, planning, debriefing and action planning initiatives.
- Contribute to the annual OD Strategy
- Manage PACCAR’s Performance Management and Learning Management System, Success Factors.

**About You**
- Proven experience as an OD professional working with management to build learning and development roadmaps across all business units
- Collaborative team player
- Executed key OD initiatives such as engagement surveys, succession management and capability design
- A trusted advisor with excellent interpersonal skills
