Job Description

  • Evaluate market trends to identify potential clients and establish pipelines to achieve individual and business revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with Solutions Design, Commercial, and Operational teams to create customized strategies and solutions for each client's requirements.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver seamless solutions for existing and prospective clients, maintaining our position as the preferred service provider.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, revenue growth, and market share.

The Successful Applicant

  • In-depth knowledge of the Australian transportation industry and the RFQ (Request for Quotation) process.
  • Demonstrated success in establishing strategic client relationships and managing extended sales cycles.
  • Ability to promote tailored solutions, as well as develop new logistics services and products.
  • Proficient in managing administrative tasks, documentation, and compliance procedures independently.
  • Experience in interpreting RFQ documents, briefing senior management, and collaborating closely with the VP of Transport.
  • Residing in the Melbourne area with full work authorization.
