**Position Overview**:
As an Experienced IT Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality technical support to our clients. You will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues, providing excellent customer service, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth operation of our clients' IT environments.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Technical Support**:
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Troubleshoot and resolve escalated technical issues, ensuring mínimal downtime for clients.
**Customer Service**:
- Deliver exceptional customer service by actively listening to client concerns and providing effective solutions.
- Communicate technical information in a clear and understandable manner to non-technical users.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through professionalism and reliability.
**Documentation**:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client configurations, issues, and resolutions.
- Contribute to the knowledge base by documenting common issues and solutions for internal and client use.
**Collaboration**:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including system administrators and network engineers, to address complex technical issues.
- Participate in team meetings to discuss ongoing projects, share knowledge, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
**Proactive Monitoring**:
- Implement proactive monitoring solutions to identify and address potential issues before they impact clients' operations.
- Recommend improvements to clients' IT infrastructure based on monitoring and analysis.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 experience in IT support, preferably in an MSP environment.
- Technical certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) are a plus.
- Proficient in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
