**Your Role and Impact**:

- **Resource Coordination**:Efficiently manage and coordinate the allocation of Project Engineers to projects, ensuring optimal resource utilization and supporting project delivery through close collaboration with project engineering teams, PMO, and Presales.
- **Optimization and Tracking**:Play a vital role in optimizing engineering resource allocation and maintaining allocation and utilization tracking as the project portfolio grows, ensuring projects meet customer expectations, are delivered on time, and within budget.
- **Project Portfolio Management**:

- Supporting successful allocation of engineering resources to projects
- Tracking and reporting on engineering resource utilization
- Ensuring strong coordination and communication throughout resource allocation processes.
